Trois Vallées is the most extensive ski area in the world with 600 km of piste and 200 lifts. There are also numerous snow parks for both boarders and skiers to play in. Experts will find plenty to keep them entertained both on and off piste whilst beginners are equally well catered for with specially reserved slopes.

The lift system is constantly updated and links between resorts are well managed, keeping queuing to a minimum. A great deal of attention is also paid to piste maintenance which helps ensure good quality skiing in all conditions throughout the season.

Les Menuires is ideally positioned for easy access to some of the most challenging and exciting skiing in the Trois Vallées - La Masse and the Cime Caron - as well as rapid transit to Méribel, Courchevel, Val Thorens and the fourth valley of Maurienne.

A short ski from the apartment takes you to the Les Bruyères gondola, which provides direct access to Méribel and Val Thorens. Alternatively, a couple of minutes ski away is the La Masse gondola. La Masse is particularly rich in off-piste possibilities, including Lac de Lou and the uninhabited (in winter) Vallée des Encombres. Also within easy reach is the stunning Glacier de Gabroulez, a whole day trip through the only part of the Vanoise national park where it is permissible to ski.
